The role
The role involves developing scalable systems and tools that support innovative quantitative research at G-Research, combining off-the-shelf and custom solutions to solve complex problems. Candidates collaborate with research teams, designing and improving machine learning models, and analysing the latest hardware and software technologies. The position requires strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch and NumPy, along with experience in optimisation methods and HPC. The role demands excellent reasoning, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in team environments. A background in machine learning, scientific computing, or related fields is essential, with diverse experience welcomed regardless of finance background.
