The role
Perform on-site security operations to monitor, triage, and investigate enterprise alerts from detection and monitoring systems.
Conduct analytical investigations to determine legitimacy, root cause, and business relevance, distinguishing genuine threats from false positives.
Document findings and clearly communicate results to IT teams and leadership, and tune alerting configurations to reduce noise.
Lead vulnerability management activities by reviewing scanner results, coordinating remediation, and tracking open issues to completion.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and leadership to ensure alignment on risks, findings, and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement through tool optimization, policy governance (DLP and information protection), playbooks, and system hardening initiatives.
