The role
Lead the design and implementation of scalable ML infrastructure for evaluating and training large autonomous driving models.
Build and optimize distributed systems for data generation, model training, and evaluation across planet-scale datasets.
Collaborate with data engineering, research, and simulation teams to translate product goals into measurable technical deliverables.
Provide technical leadership on model architectures, training pipelines, and performance bottleneck identification using accelerator profiling.
Design metrics and tooling to evaluate complex AI systems and ensure robust, maintainable production deployments.
Mentor teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive architecture decisions to meet technical and business objectives.
