The role
Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Adhere to safety standards and company policies while conducting inspections and servicing equipment.
Conduct routine testing to verify equipment performance and identify potential issues before they impact production.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, participate in root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Role requires a high school diploma and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience; offers growth in a dynamic operational environment.
