The role
Part-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist needed to actively engage customers and identify their needs.
Greet shoppers, share knowledgeable product information, and help customers make informed choices.
Promote and sell products on-site to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering excellent service.
Conduct product demonstrations, address questions, and clearly communicate features and benefits.
Support inventory presentation, merchandising, and ensure accurate sales reporting and record keeping.
Collaborate with teammates, maintain a positive energy, and adapt to flexible weekend schedules.
