The role
Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered features for application performance monitoring, focusing on LLM and agent-based workflows.
Translate problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions that diagnose performance issues and explain root causes.
Prototype rapidly, define success metrics, run experiments, and productionize solutions for scale and reliability.
Design robust agent systems with retrieval, planning strategies, prompts, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop paths.
Integrate AI capabilities with platform surfaces such as traces, monitors, and workflows to deliver end-to-end value in the APM UI.
Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and partner teams while writing performant backend code for high-throughput, low-latency data systems.
