The role
An HR Consultant provides expert employment law and HR advice to managers, business owners, and in-house HR teams. They handle complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, restructuring, and TUPE cases. The role involves coaching managers, producing policy documents, and building lasting client relationships. Candidates should possess significant HR generalist experience, UK employment legislation knowledge, and CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent. Experience in regulated environments and TUPE knowledge are advantageous but not essential. The role is based in an office outside Redditch, with a requirement for own transport, fostering team collaboration and professional development.
