The role
A finance operations manager is responsible for overseeing daily client fund reconciliation, regulatory reporting, merchant invoicing, and reconciling commissions. The role involves managing month-end closures, profit and loss analysis, and contributing to forecasting and budgeting activities. Additionally, it includes resolving billing queries, monitoring transactional costs, and leading annual audits within the finance team. The position requires extensive experience in finance operations within a payments enterprise, with specific knowledge of CASS 15 and acquirer settlement processes. Proficiency in ERP systems like NetSuite and advanced Excel skills are essential, while familiarity with PCI DSS and Direct Debit processes is advantageous.
