The role
Lead the end-to-end strategy for next-generation ML-based evaluation metrics and ensure scientific rigor across embodied AI.
Architect scalable systems to train and fine-tune large-scale generative models that simulate realistic driving behaviors.
Design, implement, and iterate novel RL algorithms, reward functions, and training paradigms to generate high-fidelity driving scenarios.
Develop cutting-edge Deep Learning and Generative AI (LLM/VLM) solutions to automate high-volume triage, analyze self-driving data, and detect anomalies.
Advance data collection and evaluation using RL from Human Preference (RLHF) practices and mentor engineers across multiple teams.
Collaborate with Driver Understanding, Simulation, System Engineering, Research, and Onboard Software to align evaluation goals and priorities.
