The role
As a key member of the account team, you will partner with customers to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures using AWS services.
Formulate and execute a cloud adoption strategy that delights customers and builds strong relationships that lead to strategic revenue outcomes.
Become a trusted advisor by gaining deep knowledge of cloud services, design patterns, and best practices, and share that knowledge with clients and the broader builder community.
Act as the voice of the customer for service teams to enhance the platform and drive improvements.
Educate customers by leading workshops and hands-on classes to demonstrate how to use cloud services.
Network with senior technical stakeholders, publish technical content, speak at events, and mentor other SAs to grow the team.
