The role
Provide broad commercial legal support across data licenses, SaaS agreements, consulting and professional services contracts, master services agreements, and procurement contracts.
Advise on contract management, risk assessment, and commercial deal structures for US and international business units.
Update agreement templates and playbooks to reflect evolving business policies, legal risks, and regulatory requirements.
Review RFPs from clients, identify legal issues, and assist in proposal development and submissions.
Research and respond to internal legal inquiries, participate in compliance initiatives, and contribute to cross-regional projects.
Collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement and practical, business-focused legal solutions.
