The role
A Multi-Trade Carpenter is required in Norwich to undertake a variety of carpentry and property maintenance tasks across residential properties. The role involves hanging doors, fitting locks, kitchen repairs, and general joinery, as well as completing multi-trade duties like patch plastering, tiling, and minor plumbing repairs. The candidate will carry out reactive and planned maintenance within occupied and void properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service. Proven experience in carpentry and property maintenance is essential, with additional skills in multi-trade duties advantageous. A full UK driving licence and a customer-focused approach are required for this ongoing contract in social housing environments.
