The role
Design, train, and deploy production-grade AI models with a focus on computer vision to enhance in-store customer experiences.
Research and develop CV algorithms for object detection, tracking, product identification, and scene understanding.
Ensure models are robust, generalizable, accurate, testable, and efficient for real-world deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of software and vision engineers and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Contribute to code and product development with strong programming skills and a bias for action.
Ideal candidates hold a PhD in CS/CV (or MS with industry experience), are self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to adapt to rapid tech changes.
