The role
A serious injury paralegal assists fee earners with managing a portfolio of claimant injury claims and provides administrative support using case management systems. Responsibilities include progressing caseloads, drafting correspondence, managing calls, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting team objectives within a target-driven environment. A strong understanding of legal case processes, excellent communication skills, and proficient use of Word, Excel, and case management software are essential. The role demands organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced legal setting. Travel within England and Wales for client meetings and conferences is part of the role, which is based in Wakefield.
