The role
Provide robust quality claims handling support for serious injury cases under the supervision of Fee Earners.
Assist lead file handlers in progressing a portfolio of claimant serious injury claims.
Draft standard letters, manage the case management system (ProClaim), and maintain accurate filing.
Act as the first point of contact by telephone, handle enquiries, and relay messages to Fee Earners.
Support KPI achievement, schedule appointments, liaise with Finance on disbursements, and perform general administrative duties.
Based in the Wakefield office with regular travel across England and Wales, and opportunities to progress through a structured Paralegal Progression Programme.
