The role
Represent home buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions with integrity and professionalism.
Build and nurture client relationships, qualify leads, and coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other professionals to move transactions forward.
Conduct in-person meetings, phone calls, virtual tours, open houses, and digital outreach to communicate offers and showings.
Negotiate purchase agreements, resolve client issues, and manage the transaction process from contract to close.
Proactively prospect for new clients through targeted outreach and networking, growing your client base.
