The role
Line 1: As the primary engine for the firm's deal flow, you will identify, source, and qualify proprietary opportunities within software and technology sectors.
Line 2: Drive thematic sourcing across sub-sectors such as SaaS, FinTech, Cybersecurity, and EdTech, using a multi-channel outreach approach.
Line 3: Build and manage relationships with founders, CEOs, and intermediaries to position the firm for long-term collaboration.
Line 4: Assess business models, financial health, and strategic fit against strict investment criteria and conduct initial due diligence.
Line 5: Collaborate with cross-border teams in North America and Europe to ensure a seamless handoff from origination to execution and maintain CRM hygiene.
Line 6: Maintain rigorous pipeline metrics and data integrity in CRM tools (Salesforce, DealCloud) to inform decision-making.
