The role
Lead the data science effort for monetization products, solving complex, non-routine analysis problems on large datasets.
Build and iterate analysis pipelines to deliver scalable insights and inform product decisions.
Develop deep knowledge of data structures and metrics, advocating for changes when needed to improve product development.
Cross-functionally collaborate with stakeholders, delivering clear recommendations on cost-benefit, forecasting, and experiment analyses with compelling visuals.
Research and apply forecasting, optimization, and analytical methods to enhance ad product quality and revenue growth.
Demonstrate leadership through teaching, self-direction, and effective communication of findings to diverse audiences.
