The role
Provide U.S. property and casualty regulatory support for strategic transactions, examinations, inquiries, and special projects.
Draft and review regulatory filings for holding company structures and related regulatory matters.
Partner and interact with state regulators to address issues and responses.
Support consumer complaints, financial and market conduct examinations, and information requests.
Monitor insurance laws and department actions, delivering timely legal advice to internal clients.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and other control functions in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
