The role
A Midlands-based project manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of capital projects and minor works across Birmingham and surrounding areas. The role involves managing projects from inception through to completion while overseeing resources, governance, risk mitigation, and supply chain performance. Candidates should have experience with NEC4 contracts, RIBA stages, and CDM regulations, and a proven track record managing projects valued between £500,000 and over £1 million. The position requires regular travel to various sites and locations within the region. Strong organisational, communication, and technical skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholder expectations efficiently.
