The role
An experienced project manager is required to oversee the delivery of a Laboratory Information Management System programme across multiple regions and business units. The role involves coordinating technical, functional, and business stakeholders to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards and compliance with validation frameworks. The manager will lead agile routines, manage project risks, and support change management initiatives. Technical understanding of LIMS platforms and project management tools is advantageous, along with proven experience in managing complex, regulated laboratory environments. Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage remote teams are essential for this role.
