The role
Join the core R&D team to own design, training, and fine-tuning of large language models that power code understanding and generation.
Build efficient, scalable training and evaluation pipelines for LLMs.
Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to deploy and monitor models on GPU clusters.
Continuously optimize models for latency, throughput, and accuracy while advancing inference acceleration techniques.
Lead quantization, pruning, and other model compression methods to enable production-ready AI systems.
Stay current with the latest research and practical techniques in large-model optimization, mixed-precision training, and model parallelism.
