HR Manager – Burton upon Trent

The HR Manager at Bayleaf Care will lead a small HR team, overseeing daily management, coaching, and development activities. The role involves working closely with the senior leadership team to develop HR strategies, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and promote organisational policies. Key responsibilities include enhancing employee relations, wellbeing, and organisational culture while supporting the expansion of the company’s services and properties. The ideal candidate will have experience building HR functions from the ground up, implementing HR systems, and working within social care or education environments. A CIPD Level 5 certification or higher, along with supervisory HR experience, is required, as well as a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
