The role
A Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for leading mechanical design activities across water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and related infrastructure projects. The role involves producing technical calculations, specifications, reports, and supporting project phases from feasibility to commissioning. The engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable engineering solutions while mentoring junior staff. Strong technical knowledge in water treatment processes, mechanical systems, and project delivery tools is essential. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure projects that enhance water resilience and environmental performance.
