The role
Lead and oversee the HR function, setting policies and guiding best practices to support a positive, high-performing workplace.
Drive employee relations, culture, and engagement across HQ and multiple locations, partnering with managers.
Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding for office-based roles, ensuring smooth transitions.
Oversee HR operations including payroll integration (Paychex Flex), HRIS data, benefits administration, and leave management.
Develop and implement training, performance management, and HR projects; analyze metrics to inform leadership decisions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across a multi-state workforce.
