Front Desk/Operations Staff

Welcome and greet every member and guest with genuine enthusiasm to foster a warm gym environment. Lead tours and guide potential members through the signup process to convert inquiries into memberships. Manage opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations and a secure facility. Keep the club spotless and organized through regular cleaning and light lifting of equipment (25-45 lbs, occasionally 50+ lbs). Coordinate startup sessions with coaches and support administrative tasks, including email inquiries and basic marketing-related duties. Demonstrate reliability, adaptability in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to world-class customer service and team collaboration.
