The role
Live-in superintendent for a six-story modern rental building with an on-site apartment.
Provide hands-on maintenance and oversee essential systems, including plumbing and sheetrock.
Requires a minimum of five years of property management experience and the ability to multitask across maintenance, safety, and tenant relations.
Manage daily operations, respond to tenant requests, and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
On-site accommodations are provided as part of the package; strong leadership and communication are essential.
This is a full-time, in-person role with competitive weekly pay.
