The role
8-10 years of Java backend development experience; this role requires on-site work 4-5 days per week.
Architect and implement highly scalable backend solutions, translating complex requirements into robust, scalable systems.
Guide the wider team on scalable implementation practices and drive architectural decisions.
Demonstrate solid AWS expertise for development, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes-based deployment.
Collaborate across the project ecosystem and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Knowledge of Finance Technology (FinTech) domain is a plus.
