The role
Own core systems, including data modeling, API design, and production-ready infrastructure.
Architect and optimize data models—schemas, relationships, indexing, and query performance—to streamline workflows.
Develop APIs and integrate with AI/ML pipelines to enable robust lead-to-revenue tracking.
Lead hands-on data science experiments, train models, and turn raw data into production features.
Own the data-to-production lifecycle, collaborating with Product and Sales to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Communicate technical feedback to leadership and help shape the product roadmap in a fast-evolving space.
