The role
Develop scalable classifiers and synthetic data pipelines to detect misuse and anomalous behavior.
Build monitoring systems that aggregate signals across multiple exchanges and contexts to identify harms.
Evaluate and strengthen the safety of agentic products, including threat models and mitigations for prompt injection.
Conduct research on automated red-teaming and adversarial robustness to uncover and mitigate misuse.
Translate exploratory experiments into robust production ML systems through the research-to-deployment pipeline.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and uphold responsible AI practices.
