The role
Design, develop, and execute test cases and strategies for native mobile apps on iOS and Android.
Build and maintain automated test scripts using Appium, Selenium, and Java to improve coverage and efficiency.
Test video streaming functionality (HLS and DASH) and assess performance and security across mobile platforms.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders; track defects in Jira from discovery to closure.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to test plans, results, and continuous quality improvement.
Requirements include strong native mobile testing, Java automation, and knowledge of mobile streaming technologies; API testing or debugging tools are a plus.
