The role
A legal counsel position is available with an established residential developer operating across four regions in England. The role involves providing legal advice on real estate, commercial contracts, construction, and corporate matters, supporting risk management and land acquisition deals, and managing external legal relationships. The successful candidate will be qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales with 4-6 years PQE and possess strong technical and stakeholder management skills. This position requires independence, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle multiple legal matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The role offers the opportunity to influence company processes, develop legal policies, and lead project initiatives to improve practice and efficiency. The candidate will support corporate governance activities and champion innovative legal tech solutions to add value to the business.
