Investment Banking Associate, Diversified Industrials

Support senior bankers in sourcing and executing Diversified Industrials transactions, including M&A, capital offerings, and strategic advisory. Lead and mentor analysts, oversee work product, and develop technical analyses and presentations. Participate in live deals, client interactions, and the preparation of marketing materials. Manage multiple projects with competing priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Travel to client meetings and conferences as needed and contribute to recruiting efforts. Demonstrate strong financial modeling, corporate finance, and accounting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
