The role
A highly experienced and dedicated physiotherapist is sought to lead the Prehabilitation and Surgical Team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust, working closely with the Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist. The role involves leading clinical assessments, treatments, and service development for patients undergoing complex surgeries, including pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. Candidates should possess wide-ranging clinical expertise and excellent leadership abilities to support a multidisciplinary team comprising physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and therapy assistants. The position offers opportunities for professional development and participation in service improvement initiatives, with responsibilities including attending MDT meetings and managing patient records.
