The role
Lead and grow a portfolio of contractor, developer, and client accounts in the passive fire protection and construction sector.
Nurture long-term relationships with site managers, procurement teams, and commercial leads.
Respond to inbound inquiries with timely quotations and proposals; proactively generate new business through outbound activity.
Identify commercial opportunities within live projects, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and drive revenue and margin targets while representing a professional presence at events and client meetings.
Travel to site visits as required and stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
