The role
A multi skilled plumber with at least three years of experience is required to undertake plumbing, low-level joinery, and plastering work on social housing properties across Bradford. The role involves delivering bathroom refurbishments in occupied dwellings, with duties extending to other minor building tasks within the scope of multi-skilled plumbing. Candidates should possess core plumbing skills and knowledge of joinery and plastering techniques. Technical proficiency in plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance is essential, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The position offers a contract length of four years, with an immediate start, and a pay rate of £22 to £23 per hour on CIS basis.
