Cloud Platform Manager - AWS, Azure, Developer Tooling

Own and evolve the cloud platform and developer tooling, with AWS at the core and a planned move to Azure in a hybrid setup. Define roadmaps and strategy, treating the platform as a product aligned with business outcomes. Directly manage a team of 5 DevOps/DevEx generalists, fostering performance and growth. Provide hands-on technical leadership, unblock complex challenges, run Scrum ceremonies, and prioritise delivery. Oversee CI/CD, developer experience, GitHub ecosystem, and core products such as a standardised data ingestion and distribution exchange for 3rd party data providers. Champion agile practices, clean engineering, auditability, and efficient software delivery into the cloud estate.
