The role
Two experienced electricians are needed to support electrical maintenance and fault-finding across critical infrastructure assets such as pumping stations and MEICA equipment in the Midlands. Responsibilities include performing planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, installations, inspections, testing, and certification work, often on pumps, motors, MCCs, and control panels. Candidates must undertake electrical isolations and adhere to health, safety, and quality standards, completing required documentation responsibly. The role involves working independently and in teams, participating in out-of-hours call-outs when necessary. Essential skills include NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2391, 18th Edition Regulations, and a full UK driving licence. Desirable experience encompasses industrial or MEICA background, knowledge of pumps and motors, and holding an ECS/JIB Gold Card.
