The role
A business management consultant analyses existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps, conducts research and market analysis to understand challenges, and develops strategic and operational plans to enhance organisational performance. They present findings and recommendations to senior management or client stakeholders and support the implementation of business solutions while managing change. The role involves monitoring the impact of implemented changes, providing training, and preparing detailed reports and presentations. Consultants stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to offer relevant insights. The position requires at least three years of experience in a related role.
