The role
This role sits at the intersection of data curation, model evaluation, interpretability, and scientific data optimization.
You will collaborate with behavior modeling and architecture teams to make the data layer a first-class citizen.
Design principled data selection and sampling strategies to improve learning efficiency and generalization.
Identify and prioritize high-leverage data slices based on loss, uncertainty, rarity, and driving-relevant behaviors.
Design rigorous offline and on-road evaluation protocols to measure the impact of data-driven experiments.
Explore how data composition shapes model representations and decision-making across diverse driving scenarios.
