The role
Operate a 44-passenger MFSAB and a 15-passenger van on designated routes, adhering to schedules and traffic laws.
Safely pick up and drop off passengers, monitoring behavior and maintaining a secure environment.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, perform basic maintenance, and document vehicle issues and mileage.
Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth operations and timely communication throughout transport duties.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and defensive driving practices while adapting to schedule changes.
Remain calm under pressure, demonstrate reliability, and be able to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed, with the ability to lift 25 pounds.
