The role
The Civil Engineer leads site and utility design for land development projects, including grading, drainage, stormwater, and water distribution.
Prepares design plans, calculations, and reports; develops drawings and documentation for residential and commercial developments.
Coordinates with consultants, contractors, owners, and internal teams to define scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
Drives permitting efforts with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure compliance with zoning and regulatory requirements.
Resolves design and construction conflicts in the field and performs on-site inspections as required.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, 2-5 years of office experience, MS Word/Excel proficiency, and strong communication.
