The role
Lead the identification of opportunities to attract new users, boost engagement, and improve retention through data-driven analysis.
Influence product strategy by sharing actionable insights on user behaviors and needs across cross-functional teams.
Design and track metrics, including ETL-related data pipelines, to monitor business health and product success.
Own end-to-end experimentation from design to analysis, maximizing learning and guiding future investments.
Develop self-serve analytics tools for product and engineering partners to answer key questions and raise data literacy.
Mentor junior data scientists, scale impact through process improvements, and communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
