The role
Design and implement robust evaluation suites for ML engineering tasks, translating research into practical benchmarks.
Assess AI-generated solutions across model training, debugging, optimization, and experimentation to measure real-world performance.
Collaborate with a leading AI research lab to evaluate frontier models and translate practical ML workflows into benchmarks.
Demonstrate hands-on ML research experience with model development, experimentation, and rigorous evaluation.
Operate as an independent contractor on a fully remote, project-based engagement with flexible timing.
Communicate clearly in writing, reason about ML system design tradeoffs, and show attention to technical detail.
