The role
Lead end-to-end NLP and speech solutions at scale to enable safer and more engaging experiences across a massive user base.
Design and train advanced models, including LLMs, machine translation, and generative AI, with a focus on production-grade reliability.
Own the architecture and implementation of scalable ML services—from modeling to serving and product integration.
Drive initiatives in real-time voice and text moderation, localization, and AI-assisted content creation within Safety AI Systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into impactful ML solutions and raise the technical bar.
Requires pursuing or holding a PhD in a related field, with a strong research record and hands-on experience in NLP and related areas.
