The role
Coaching a team of embedded data scientists to deliver insights, experimentation, and strategic clarity across the logged-in experience.
Owning key metrics for onboarding, personalization, and lifecycle journeys — and using them to guide decisions.
Leading end-to-end experimentation, from designing hypotheses to rollout recommendations.
Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to drive engagement, retention, and activation outcomes.
Uplifting experimentation and BI foundations across Snowflake, Looker, and internal tools.
Translating data into actionable recommendations — and enabling data-driven, personalized user experiences at scale across onboarding, resurrection, triggers, and next-best actions.
