The role
Support planning, scheduling, and documentation across multiple workstreams.
Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to keep initiatives on schedule.
Coordinate and lead meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items with clear follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution and escalate blockers.
Monitor risks and escalate to senior project leads while maintaining dashboards and status reports.
Contribute to process improvements and participate in retrospectives to enhance team performance.
