The role
This is a founding technical role responsible for shaping the core ML stack, training pipelines, and long-term architecture.
You will own end-to-end training pipelines from data curation to evaluation and inference.
Design new model architectures or adapt frontier models and apply state-of-the-art fine-tuning methods.
Architect scalable inference systems using vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and DeepSpeed while optimizing GPU usage.
Develop alignment, safety, and guardrails, and build robust evaluation frameworks across performance, safety, and bias.
Own product direction, experiment with emerging techniques, and build AI-powered experiences from zero.
