Global Change Management Director - HR Transformation Initiative
Lead the design, activation, and measurement of the change management strategy for the HR Transformation program, ensuring successful adoption across the organization. Own the enterprise-wide change management approach, defining change success metrics and the cadence for reporting that align with program objectives. Coordinate and empower Change Managers across four workstreams to ensure consistent, integrated delivery and global adoption. Collaborate with communications to design stakeholder engagement, training, and messaging strategies while identifying and mitigating resistance. Track change adoption metrics, conduct readiness and impact assessments, and advise leaders on continuous improvement opportunities. Develop and lead a network of change activators and a matrixed governance framework to drive value and business outcomes.
