The role
Join the M&A team to support strategic growth for Grid Technology through market intelligence, financial analysis, and due diligence coordination. Assist in gathering market data, industry trends, and company profiles to support opportunity assessments. Build and refine financial models and preliminary valuations under guidance from senior colleagues. Coordinate data room management, due diligence logistics, and stakeholder communications to keep deals on track. Contribute to internal documents, reports, and presentation materials; participate in project meetings and cross-functional collaboration. Learn transaction structuring, integration planning, and strategic evaluation through hands-on involvement and mentorship.
